Sri Sathya Sai Law College for Women, Bhopal, established in 2015 as a unit of Sri Sathya Sai College for Women, Bhopal, is a premier institution located in the BHEL Area of Bhopal, dedicated to quality legal education. The college offers a five-year integrated B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) programme, a three-year LL.B. course, and LL.M. with specializations in Criminal Law and Business Laws. About the Conference
In the contemporary global landscape, human rights and constitutional law stand at a pivotal crossroads, shaped by emerging challenges such as digital surveillance, climate-induced displacements, algorithmic biases in governance, and evolving notions of gender and identity justice. These developments call for a fresh reevaluation of foundational legal principles to keep them resilient, inclusive, and adaptive. Against this backdrop, the 1st CLRS-SSSCL Conference on Human Rights & Constitutional Law, organized by Sri Sathya Sai Law College for Women, Bhopal in association with the Centre for Legal Research and Studies (CLRS), VidhiAagaz Publications, seeks to bridge the gap between theory and practice. This one-day virtual conference, scheduled for 2026, will bring together legal academicians, practitioners, policymakers, activists, and students from India and abroad.
Selected papers will have the opportunity for publication in an Edited Book bearing ISBN Number (optional, subject to an additional charge).
Eligibility
This conference welcomes submissions from students, educators, researchers, academicians, practitioners, professionals, policy-makers, and other stakeholders interested in discussing and disseminating diverse perspectives on contemporary legal issues.

1. Students and Academicians of all departments of Sri Sathya Sai College for Women, Bhopal will get a 50% waiver in the registration fee. 2. Certificate of Presentation will be provided to all the participants who’ll register and present the research. Certificate of Participation will be provided to the Attendees.
