A diamond open-access journal devoted entirely to international law, published by the Centre for Legal Research and Studies, VidhiAagaz. Free to read, and free to publish in.
The first volume invites original work on how the commitments of the post-1945 legal order are being tested in practice, and on the institutions that give them effect. Doctrinal, theoretical, comparative, empirical and interdisciplinary papers are all welcome, from any legal tradition and any region.

The journal publishes scholarship on one question that runs through international law: how the rules and institutions that govern relations beyond the State allocate power, responsibility and remedy, and whether they do so justly.
It studies international law through two lenses. Global justice asks whether the law is fair: who it protects, who bears its costs and who can hold others to account under it. Global governance asks how the law is made, interpreted, applied and enforced. It welcomes scholarship from every legal tradition and region, takes no position on the questions it publishes, and puts every paper through double-blind peer review under the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
